Wendy Peterman has been running her family’s estate agency alongside her cousin for over 20 years, combining her passion for property with expertise in valuation and interior design. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she feels truly blessed to have a wonderful support system.
Beyond estate agency, Wendy has a love for theatre, concerts, and live events. She is currently studying for a degree in psychology and counselling and dedicates her time to mentoring through Agents Together and Women in Residential Property.
A lifelong creative, Wendy is also about to publish and market her first childrens storybook—an achievement she considers her most exciting yet. She is thrilled to bring her dream of creative writing to life. Wendy is also deeply committed to supporting women in business and is an active team member of the Women in Residential Property Group helping to promote equality within the Property industry.
Petermans Estate Agents is an independent family-run business, established in the 1960s by brothers Warner and Sidney Peterman. Led by Wendy Peterman and Howard Peterman for over 20 years, the agency continues to operate from its original location in Herne Hill, specialising in Sales, Lettings, and Property Management as well as its second office in Edgware.
As a small, dedicated team, many of whom have been with us for over a decade; we take pride in offering expert local knowledge and outstanding service. Many of our clients have remained with us for over 20 years, trust us for our core values of honesty, transparency, and integrity—principles that have guided us from the very beginning.
Continuing the family legacy, Wendy’s son now runs our new start up sister company, Petermans Housing Initiative, a company devoted to improving social housing across the UK.
